* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, minor coastal flooding and splash-over around the time of high tide tonight. For the High Surf Advisory Friday, large breaking waves of 4 to 7 feet. For the Coastal Flood Watch, minor to locally moderate coastal flooding with splash-over. * WHERE...In Maine, Coastal York and Coastal Cumberland Counties. In New Hampshire, Coastal Rockingham County. * WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, from midnight tonight to 2 AM EDT Friday. For the High Surf Advisory, from 8 AM to 7 PM EDT Friday. For the Coastal Flood Watch, Friday afternoon. An important note, these conditions may last through Monday, leading to additional dune erosion. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads may be closed. Low lying property including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure may be inundated. Some shoreline erosion may occur. Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion.
