The prolonged period of dry weather coupled with a very dry ground will continue to result in elevated fire weather concerns today. Southwest winds are expected to be stronger, with sustained winds around 10 mph with gusts to 20 mph. Minimum afternoon relative humidity values are expected to range between 55 to 65 percent. Use caution when handling and disposing of ignition sources. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

The prolonged period of dry weather coupled with a very dry ground will continue to result in elevated fire weather concerns on Tuesday. While minimum relative humidity values range between 50 and 65 percent, the combination of gusty winds and dry conditions are the primary fire weather concerns for Tuesday. Wind gusts during the late afternoon hours are forecasted to be between 15 and 25 mph. Use caution when handling and disposing of ignition sources. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
