* WHAT...Snow expected above 9000 feet. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 10 inches with locally higher amounts possible. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Elkhead and Park Mountains and Flat Tops. * WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 8 AM MST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
