Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 50 mph expected with localized gusts to 65 mph possible. * WHERE...Number 1 Canyon, Moses Lake, Ephrata, Number 2 Canyon, Entiat, Wenatchee, Mansfield, Quincy, Cashmere, Badger Mountain Road, Waterville, Pangborn Airport, Chelan, and Othello. * WHEN...Until 5 AM PST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will be capable of blowing down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles traveling along north to south routes exposed to cross winds. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...At 6PM, wind gusts were between 60-70 mph on the ridgetops near 4000 feet. These winds will be capable of mixing down to the lower elevations this evening and overnight.

Power outages are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...At 6PM, wind gusts were between 60-70 mph on the ridgetops near 4000 feet. These winds will be capable of mixing down to the lower elevations this evening and overnight.

* WHAT...Sneaker waves possible on the beaches. * WHERE...North and Central Coast of Oregon, and South Washington Coast. * WHEN...Until 10 PM PST this evening. * IMPACTS...Waves can run up significantly farther on a beach than normal, including over rocks and jetties. Sneaker waves can suddenly knock people off of their feet and quickly pull them into the frigid ocean which may lead to serious injury or drowning. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...West northwesterly swell of 13 to 15 ft with a period of 15 to 17 seconds will impact the coastline through tonight.
