* WHAT...Life-threatening rip currents due to breaking waves up to 11 to 13 feet, occasionally higher. * WHERE...Beaches along the northern coasts of Puerto Rico from Aguadilla to Fajardo, and Culebra. * WHEN...For the High Surf Advisory and the High Rip Current Risk, through 6 PM AST Wednesday. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, through 6 PM AST this evening. * IMPACTS...Rip currents that can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water where it becomes difficult to return to safety.
