* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one and a half feet of inundation above ground level in low lying areas due to tidal flooding. For the Coastal Flood Watch, up to two feet of inundation above ground level possible in low lying areas due to tidal flooding. * WHERE...Shoreline in Anne Arundel County. * WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 6 PM EDT Saturday, especially around the time of high tide. For the Coastal Flood Watch, from Saturday evening through late Saturday night, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, water reaches the floor of the Maritime Museum in Annapolis, begins to cover Bowyer Road on the Naval Academy campus, and numerous businesses on Dock Street are flooded, along with the City Dock parking lot. Bayside Beach begins to flood around Harbor Rd and Lake Dr. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 7:14 PM and 7:09 AM.

* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one and a half feet of inundation above ground level in low lying areas due to tidal flooding. For the Coastal Flood Watch, up to two feet of inundation above ground level possible in low lying areas due to tidal flooding. * WHERE...Shoreline in Anne Arundel County. * WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 6 PM EDT Saturday, especially around the time of high tide. The next high tide at Goose Bay is at 5:39 PM and 6:09 AM. The next high tide at Dahlgren is at 4:34 PM and 4:59 AM. The next high tide at Indian Head is at 9:33 PM and 10:03 AM.

Beach Hazards Statement issued September 19 at 10:01AM EDT until September 19 at 8:00PM EDT by NWS Wakefield VA

* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one half foot of inundation above ground level in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. For the Beach Hazards Statement, dangerous rip currents. * WHERE...Maryland Beaches County. * WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 2 AM EDT Saturday. For the Beach Hazards Statement, until 8 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Shallow flooding is expected in the most vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline resulting in a low threat of property damage. Expect up to one foot of water above ground level in low lying, vulnerable areas. Some roads and low lying property including parking lots, parks and lawns near the waterfront will experience shallow flooding. Breaking waves of 4 to 5 ft will result in rough surf conditions and a high risk of rip currents.
