HAZARDS...A snow squall accompanied by winds of 20 MPH which can rapidly reduce visibility to less than a quarter of a mile. LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 202 PM EST, a snow squall was along a line extending from Adele to Yeaddiss and moving east at 35 MPH. LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE... Pikeville, Hazard, Paintsville, Prestonsburg, Jackson, Whitesburg, Salyersville, Hindman, Inez, Hyden, Letcher, Mason, Simpson, Estill, Lewis, Bath, Cumberland, Jenkins, Coal Run Village, and Wheelwright. SAFETY INFO... Use extra caution if you must travel into or through this squall. Rapid changes in visibility will be the main impact, but there is the potential for a light slushy accumulation on roads above 2000 feet.
