Some roads and low lying properties including parking lots, parks, lawns, and homes and businesses with basements near the waterfront will experience minor flooding.

There is an elevated risk of wildfire spread on Wednesday. Dry conditions will continue with minimum relative humidity values mostly 40 to 50 percent, with light north winds becoming southeast during the afternoon. A substantial wetting rainfall is expected from late Wednesday night into Friday.
