* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Central and South Central Kansas, including the following counties, in Central Kansas, Chase and Marion. In South Central Kansas, Harper, Harvey, Kingman and Sedgwick. * WHEN...Through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of Southeast Kansas, including the following counties, Chautauqua, Elk, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho and Wilson. * WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of east central Kansas, including the following counties, Anderson, Coffey, Lyon, Morris and Osage. * WHEN...Through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Up to three inches of rain has already fallen in some of the watch area. An additional two to four inches of rain is expected by Monday evening. While rainfall will not be constant through this time period, it may be consistent enough and heavy at times to lead to flooding.

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of east central Kansas, including the following county, Lyon. * WHEN...Until 500 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over some roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 115 PM CDT, broadcast media reported flooding of some roadways due to heavy rainfall. Urban and small stream flooding is occurring. Between 2 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. An additional 0.5 inches of rain is possible this afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Emporia. - This includes the following highways... Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 125 and 129. Interstate 35 between mile markers 128 and 133.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of Central and South Central Kansas, including the following counties, in Central Kansas, Chase and Marion. In South Central Kansas, Butler, Harvey, Kingman and Sedgwick. * WHEN...Until 330 PM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 723 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to training rain showers and thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wichita, Park City, Valley Center, Goddard, Maize, Cheney, Colwich, Peabody, Garden Plain, Whitewater, Kechi, Potwin, Walton, Elbing, Burns, Murdock, Lake Afton and Wonsevu.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall from training rain showers and thunderstorms. * WHERE...A portion of South Central Kansas, including the following counties, Harvey, Kingman, Reno and Sedgwick. * WHEN...Until 330 PM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 629 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to training rain showers and thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Newton, Hesston, Kingman, Halstead, North Newton, Sedgwick, Haven, Burrton, Mount Hope, Pretty Prairie, Andale, Bentley, Cunningham, Yoder, Waterloo, Willowdale, Cleveland, Penalosa, Cheney Lake and Mt Vernon.
