St Johns River Near Astor affecting Lake and Volusia Counties. .River levels on the St Johns near Astor are forecast to hover around 3 ft in Moderate Flood Stage through Wednesday afternoon or evening, then rise a few inches while remaining in Moderate Flood Stage Thursday and Friday as winds behind a passing cold front become north to northwesterly. The river is then forecast to resume a slow decline later in the week and into the week as winds become lighter. Residents and interests along the Saint Johns River should continue to expect prolonged flood impacts. For the St. Johns River...including Astor...Moderate flooding is forecast.
