Special Weather Statement issued November 23 at 1:23AM EST by NWS Albany NY

Snow, moderate at times, will continue across the southern Green Mountains of Vermont through the early morning hours. Snow will primarily occur at elevations above 1000 feet, with mainly rain below 1000 feet. Brief snowfall rates of one half to one inch per hour will be likely, with accumulation of 1 to 3 inches. Expect hazardous travel conditions due to snow covered roads and significantly reduced visibilities.
