* WHAT...Heavy wet snow. Additional snow accumulations up to three inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette County. In West Virginia, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia, and Western Tucker Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions.
