* WHAT...Minor coastal flooding expected. * WHERE...Gulf-facing beaches, including the Matagorda Peninsula, Brazoria County beaches, Galveston Island and the Bolivar Peninsula. * WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 9 AM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected around high tide times.Best chances will be Sunday night into Monday morning. The lowest lying locations and roads along the Bolivar Peninsula including the intersection of Highway 87 at 124, western Galveston Island, Blue Water Highway and Surfside may see some minor overwash around high tide times. There will be a high risk of rip currents along are beaches Sunday and Monday as well. Swim near a lifeguard.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties, Alfalfa, Blaine, Caddo, Canadian, Cleveland, Comanche, Cotton, Custer, Dewey, Garfield, Garvin, Grady, Grant, Jackson, Jefferson, Kay, Kingfisher, Kiowa, Lincoln, Logan, Major, McClain, Noble, Oklahoma, Payne, Pottawatomie, Seminole, Stephens, Tillman and Washita and northern Texas, including the following counties, Archer, Baylor, Clay, Wichita and Wilbarger. * WHEN...From Sunday evening through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A potent upper level storm will move across north Texas and western Oklahoma beginning Sunday afternoon through Monday. * WHAT...Minor coastal flooding expected. * WHERE...Lower Jefferson County. * WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 3 AM CST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tonight a Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect for coastal Jefferson County, where water levels are forecast to reach 1.5 to 2 ft above mean higher high water (MHHW). Other coastal areas are near advisory criteria, warranting continued monitoring. Tomorrow Night: A Coastal Flood Advisory will likely be necessary for most, if not all, of the coastline.

Severe turbulence near the mountains will be hazardous for low flying light aircraft.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Callahan, Fisher, Haskell, Jones, Nolan, Shackelford, Taylor and Throckmorton. * WHEN...From Sunday evening through late Sunday night. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected Sunday evening and continue through sunrise Monday morning in the Big Country.
