* WHAT...Heavy wet snow. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches on the ridgetops and 2 to 4 inches in the lower elevations. Storm total accumulation between 6 and 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Cambria and Somerset Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds and blowing snow may produce near blizzard conditions at times into the evening.
