* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues and will be aggravated by additional rain. * WHERE...Portions of central, east central, northern, northwest, southern, southwest, and western Oklahoma, including the following counties, in central Oklahoma, Canadian, Cleveland, Grady, Kingfisher, Lincoln, Logan, McClain, Oklahoma, Payne and Pottawatomie. In east central Oklahoma, Pontotoc and Seminole. In northern Oklahoma, Garfield, Grant, Kay and Noble. In northwest Oklahoma, Alfalfa, Blaine, Dewey, Ellis, Harper, Major, Woods and Woodward. In southern Oklahoma, Carter, Garvin, Jefferson, Love, Murray and Stephens. In southwest Oklahoma, Caddo, Comanche, Cotton, Greer, Harmon, Jackson, Kiowa and Tillman. In western Oklahoma, Beckham, Custer, Roger Mills and Washita. * WHEN...Through Monday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. ...The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a Flood Advisory for the following rivers in Oklahoma... Cimarron River near Waynoka affecting Major, Woodward and Woods Counties. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Cimarron River near Waynoka. * WHEN...From this afternoon to early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Near bankfull conditions exist along the river... and some overflows may occur over some low-lying areas near the river. The river reach affected extends from near Freedom upstream... to the U.S. Highway 281 crossing south of Little Sahara State Park near Waynoka... to near Orienta in Major County. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 6.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - Forecast...The Cimarron River is expected to rise to a crest of 7.5 feet this evening. - Action stage is 7.5 feet. - Flood stage is 8.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Arkansas, including the following counties, Hempstead, Howard, Lafayette, Little River, Miller and Sevier, northwest Louisiana, including the following parishes, Bossier, Caddo and De Soto, southeast Oklahoma, including the following county, McCurtain, and Texas, including the following counties, Angelina, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Franklin, Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Morris, Nacogdoches, Panola, Red River, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Titus, Upshur and Wood. * WHEN...From Monday morning through Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - As Tropical Storm Beryl moves northeast across the region through Tuesday, rainfall accumulations of 2 to 6 inches are anticipated in the Watch area, with locally higher amounts possible, particularly across portions of east Texas and southeast Oklahoma. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
