Flood Advisory issued November 22 at 5:07PM PST until November 23 at 10:00AM PST by NWS Medford OR

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southwest Oregon, including the following counties, Coos, Curry and Josephine. * WHEN...Until 1000 AM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 502 PM PST, Doppler radar, weather spotters and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain between 5 and 10 inches has fallen in these areas over the past few days. Urban and small stream flooding and overflowing poor drainage areas will continue to cause minor flooding in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area tonight into Saturday morning. High Wind Warning issued November 22 at 3:48PM PST until November 22 at 10:00PM PST by NWS Portland OR

* WHAT...South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph for beaches and headlands. * WHERE...Clatsop County and Tillamook County Coast, and South Washington Coast. * WHEN...Until 10 PM PST this evening. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
