* WHAT...Westerly winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts around 50 mph. * WHERE...Ziebach County, including portions of the Cheyenne River Reservation, Harding, Northern Perkins, Butte, Northern Meade Co Plains, Northern Foothills, Sturgis/Piedmont Foothills, Southern Meade Co Plains, and Southern Perkins. * WHEN...Until 3 PM MDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Sudden wind gusts can cause drivers to lose control, especially in lightweight or high profile vehicles. Strong winds can cause blowing dust, reduced visibility, and flying debris.
