* WHAT...Lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches east of Munising and north of M-28, with some isolated amounts up to 6 inches. Elsewhere, additional snow accumulations of around one inch or less. * WHERE...Alger, Luce, and Northern Schoolcraft Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and reduced visibility in the lake effect snow bands. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Expect the lake effect snowfall to pick up this afternoon when a stronger band moves onshore. Should the band remain onshore into tonight, the Winter Weather Advisory may need to be extended in time in the future.
