* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch, except up to 3 inches in the Jemez Mountains above 8,500 feet. * WHERE...South Central Mountains, Jemez Mountains, Southwest Mountains, and West Central Mountains. * WHEN...Until 2 PM MST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Plan on snow packed or icy road conditions. This includes portions of I-40.

Winter Storm Warning issued November 4 at 10:56AM MST until November 4 at 5:00PM MST by NWS Albuquerque NM

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 4 inches, except 2 to 6 inches above 8,500 feet. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Sandia and Manzano Mountains including Edgewood, Southern Sangre de Cristo Mountains, East Slopes Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Central Highlands, and Johnson and Bartlett Mesas Including Raton Pass. * WHEN...Until 5 PM MST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Tire chains may be necessary if traveling through mountain passes. This includes along portions of I-25 and I-40. Blowing snow could reduce visibility below 1/2 mile at times, particularly at Raton Pass through this afternoon. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening commutes.

Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Estancia Valley, Glorieta Mesa Including Glorieta Pass, Far Northeast Highlands, Northeast Highlands, and Union County. * WHEN...Until 5 PM MST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Plan on snow packed or icy road conditions. This includes portions of I-40. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Sacramento Mountains Above 7500 Feet. * WHEN...Until 5 PM MST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

Freeze Warning issued November 4 at 4:02AM MST until November 5 at 9:00AM MST by NWS El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa NM

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 expected. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest New Mexico. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM MST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Pockets of below freezing temperatures are expected across the Southern New Mexico lowlands early Tuesday morning.

High Wind Warning issued November 4 at 1:51AM MST until November 4 at 8:00PM MST by NWS Midland/Odessa TX

* WHAT...West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected. * WHERE...Guadalupe Mountains of west Texas and Southeast New Mexico. * WHEN...Until 8 PM MST /9 PM CST/ this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles like campers, vans, and tractor trailers. Severe turbulence near the mountains will be hazardous for low flying light aircraft. Aviation interests may experience localized but extreme turbulence, or strong downward airflows if flying in the near the Guadalupe Mountains.
