* WHAT...Burn scar flooding. * WHERE...Portions of North and North Central Idaho, including the following counties, in North Idaho, Latah. In North Central Idaho, Nez Perce. * WHEN...Until noon PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Small streams will see increased flows. Motorists should drive with caution. There may be some rocks and mud on State Route 3 and US 12. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 439 AM PST, Light to moderate rain fall over the area early Friday morning. There will be a break in the rain Friday afternoon then rain will increase with moderate rain rates Friday evening into Saturday morning. - Rainfall amounts up to an inch is expected over the area. This rain will result in potential for minor flooding and rock slides. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
