Jackson... and Tillman counties. Upstream points in Kiowa County may see flooding several hours before the crest reaches the Headrick area. The flood crest reaches downstream points near Tipton much later. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CST Saturday the stage was 13.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.5 feet. - Forecast...The North Fork Red River is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 14.3 feet just after midnight tonight.
