* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. * WHERE...In New Jersey, Northwestern Burlington. In Pennsylvania, Lower Bucks. * WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the most vulnerable roads along tidal waterways. Some partial or full road closures are possible.

Special Weather Statement issued November 15 at 8:10AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA

Areas of fog, locally dense, can be expected this morning. Visibilities will be reduced to a quarter mile or less in some spots. Use caution if traveling and be alert for rapid changes in visibility. Visibility will begin to gradually improve between 9 AM and 10 AM.

There is an increased risk for fire spread this afternoon. Minimum relative humidity values are expected to be between 20 and 30 percent during this afternoon with the exception of the immediate coastal areas. Wind gusts will be around 15 to 20 mph. Due to the combination of marginal winds and very low relative humidity values, these conditions could support the rapid spread of any fires that ignite, which could quickly become difficult to control. Outdoor burning is strongly discouraged. Be sure to properly extinguish or dispose of any potential ignition sources, including smoking materials such as cigarette butts. Burn restrictions and burn bans are in effect for some areas. Refer to your state's forest fire management agency for more information on burn restrictions for your local area. Critical fire weather conditions are expected for Saturday, therefore a Fire Weather Watch is now in effect.

* AFFECTED AREA...Sussex, Warren, Morris, Hunterdon, Somerset, Middlesex, Western Monmouth, Eastern Monmouth, Mercer, Salem, Gloucester, Camden, Northwestern Burlington, Ocean, Cumberland, Atlantic, Cape May, Atlantic Coastal Cape May, Coastal Atlantic, Coastal Ocean, Southeastern Burlington, Carbon, Monroe, Berks, Lehigh, Northampton, Delaware, Philadelphia, Western Chester, Eastern Chester, Western Montgomery, Eastern Montgomery, Upper Bucks and Lower Bucks. * TIMING...From Saturday morning through Saturday afternoon. * WINDS...Northwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Between 25 and 35 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Up to 61. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. * AFFECTED AREA...Montour, Northumberland, Columbia, Dauphin, Schuylkill, Lebanon and Lancaster Counties. * TIMING...From Saturday morning through Saturday afternoon. * WINDS...Northwest 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 25 to 30 percent. * IMPACTS...Critical fire weather conditions possible. Increased risk for rapid wildfire growth and spread. Prescribed burns may get out of control.
