* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Edisto River near Givhans Ferry. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, some homes near the end of Happiness Lane are flooded. Most homes and cabins along the river between Canadys and Norman Landing are accessible only by boat. Flooding will also impact portions of Parkers Ferry Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 830 PM EST Thursday, the stage was 13.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 10.9 feet Tuesday evening. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
