St Johns River Near Astor affecting Lake and Volusia Counties. .River levels on the St Johns at Astor continue to hover just above 3.0 feet, or in Moderate Flood Stage. The river is forecast to resume a very slow decline late in the week, falling to Minor Flood Stage this weekend. Residents and interests along the Saint Johns River should continue to expect prolonged flood impacts. For the St. Johns River...including Astor...Moderate flooding is forecast. The next statement will be issued Thursday morning at 1045 AM EST. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...St Johns River near Astor. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 3.0 feet, Water approaches or may enter lowest homes on or near Wildhog Road and nearby canals.
