* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of two to three inches in the lower elevations of Laramie and Kimball Counties with 4 to 6 inches over the Interstate 80 Summit. Some locations may see slightly higher snow amounts of heavy banded snow can develop after sunset. * WHERE...South Laramie Range and Foothills including the Interstate 80 Summit between Cheyenne and Laramie, Kimball County, Central Laramie County, and East Laramie County. * WHEN...Until 11 AM MST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and poor visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
