* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. * WHERE...A portion of western North Carolina. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 6 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strong wind gusts this evening and tonight could bring down additional trees and limbs that were damaged by Helene back in late September.
