At 117 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Lexa, or near Helena-West Helena, moving northeast at 55 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Marianna, Marvell, Elaine, Helena-West Helena, White River National Wildlife Refuge, St Francis National Park, Tunica, Lexa, Rondo, Brickeys, North Tunica, Watkins Corner, Crumrod, Lake View, Lagrange, Cody, Mosby Spur, Ferguson, Preston Place, and Haleside.
