In Texas, Lower Jefferson County. * WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 9 AM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Minor coastal flooding is expected this afternoon into tomorrow morning, with guidance suggesting water levels exceeding 1.5 ft MHHW along the entire coastline. Additionally, a Coastal Flood Warning may be required for coastal SETX, as guidance indicates the Texas Point station could exceed 2 ft MHHW.
