Areas of blowing dust may result in locally reduced visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Downslope winds in the far western Las Vegas Valley can create sudden gusts which can result in particularly hazardous crosswinds for high profile vehicles.

Ridgetop gusts up to 100 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch late Sunday night to Tuesday, heavy snow. Snow accumulations of 3-8 inches below 7000 feet and 1-3 feet above 7000 feet. * WHERE...Greater Lake Tahoe Area, and Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra Counties. * WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 10 PM PST this evening.
