Winter Weather Advisory issued November 22 at 2:39PM EST until November 23 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Morristown TN

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 2 inches, with possibly up to 4 inches across the highest terrain. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Portions of the mountains of east Tennessee and southwest Virginia. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
