Flood Warning issued November 14 at 10:01AM EST by NWS Charleston SC

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Ogeechee River near Eden. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, several homes and camps near the river are surrounded by water. Significant flooding will also occur at Steel Bridge boat landing on Highway 119. Water will surround several homes near the boat landing and access to the homes will be limited. The boat landing will also be flooded and likely have limited use. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 945 AM EST Thursday, the stage was 13.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 12.0 feet Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Ohoopee River near Reidsville. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, flooding of several riverside unimproved roads and some agricultural land occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 900 AM EST Thursday, the stage was 15.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 11.0 feet Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 4 PM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water.
