* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations up to 4 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties. * WHEN...Until 6 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages.
