In West Virginia, Eastern Pendleton County. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations up to 4 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties. * WHEN...Until 6 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
