Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Eastern San Juan Mountains above 10000 Feet. * WHEN...From 9 PM Monday to 3 PM MDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible, especially over Wolf Creek Pass. Strong winds could cause damage to trees and power lines, and could lead to dangerous travel conditions with near zero visibilities.

...A Red Flag Warning remains in effect for Monday from 11 AM to 6 PM MDT for portions of the Southeast Plains of Colorado... * AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 226, 227, 228, 229, 230, 232, 233, 235, 236 and 237. * WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 13 percent. * IMPACTS...Fires will catch and spread quickly. Exercise extreme caution with any outdoor burning.
