The National Weather Service in Albany has issued a Red Flag Warning for Critical Fire Weather Conditions, which remains in effect from 7 AM to 6 PM EST Tuesday. * Affected Area...Berkshire County in western Massachusetts. * Timing...From 7 AM to 6 PM EST Tuesday. * Winds...Northwest 5 to 10 mph with gusts of 15 to 20 mph. * Relative Humidity...As low as 45 percent. * Temperatures...In the low 50s. * Impacts...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
