Coastal Flood Advisory issued November 13 at 10:50PM PST until November 14 at 2:00PM PST by NWS Seattle WA

* WHAT...Minor coastal flooding possible. Inundation of around 2 feet above ground level is possible along shorelines and low- lying coastal areas. * WHERE...North Coast and Central Coast zones. * WHEN...From 8 AM to 2 PM PST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Minor coastal flooding due to tidal overflow is expected around high tide. This may lead to flooding of parking lots, parks, and roads, with only isolated road closures expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High tide will peak around 11 AM PST Thursday.

Flood Warning issued November 13 at 4:29PM PST until November 17 at 8:21PM PST by NWS Seattle WA

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Washington... Skokomish River At Potlatch affecting Mason County. .Heavy rain has ended across the area, but scattered showers will continue through today and tonight. The river will be slow to recede, and another system will move through the region this weekend, bringing another round of significant rain to the basin. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Skokomish River at Potlatch. * WHEN...Until Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 17.5 feet, the Skokomish River will cause moderate flooding, with deep and quick flood waters inundating some residential areas, many roads, and much of the farm land in the Skokomish Valley. Inundated roads include the Skokomish Valley road, Bourgault Road West, Purdy Cutoff Road, and Highway 106. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:15 PM PST Wednesday the stage was 17.8 feet. - Flood stage is 16.5 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 4:15 PM PST Wednesday was 17.8 feet. - Forecast...The river rose above flood stage at 1:15 AM this morning. The river is currently cresting and will fall below flood stage Friday morning and continue falling. It then may rise to flood stage late Sunday morning. Winter Storm Warning issued November 13 at 2:50PM PST until November 14 at 4:00PM PST by NWS Spokane WA

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 8 inches over Washington Pass. * WHERE...Western Okanogan County. * WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Periods of snow through Thursday afternoon will add up to considerable accumulations above 4000 feet. Check the Washington Department of Transportation for the status of Washington Pass on State Route 20 before you travel.
