Locally windy conditions have developed near the base of the Blue Mountains this evening mainly at Cabbage Hill along Interstate 84. Wind gusts 45 to 50 mph can be expected this evening before slowly diminishing late tonight. Motorist are urged to use caution if traveling on this portion of the interstate tonight.
