The strongest wind will be across the higher terrain. * WHERE...Central Piscataquis, Northwest Aroostook, Northern Piscataquis, and Northern Somerset Counties. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
