Total snow accumulations up to 3 to 5 inches. * WHERE...Cuyahoga and Geauga Counties. * WHEN...Until midnight EST tonight. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and poor visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavy lake effect snow will push inland this evening, with heaviest snowfall rates potentially impacting the evening commute.
