Winter Storm Warning issued November 22 at 11:02PM EST until November 23 at 5:00AM EST by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC

* WHAT...Heavy wet snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Garrett County. * WHEN...Until 5 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on slippery road conditions.
